Testimonials

"I'm always so pressed for time, I look for help and your speeches are the best I've found." Teacher - California

"Hi.....just a short note of thanks.....I was asked to speak at the very last minute and many of your statements gave me a great outline to follow! Thanks again....." Ph.D. Utah

"Never have I spent fifty dollars so wisely! I think of all the brochures that I have tossed in the garbage and wonder why I kept yours. Thank God I did. The speech was PERFECT! The Superintendent, the School Board, the Parents all praised my simple but poignant words. I needed to make a strong impression on people to close out my first year as Principal. Your speech and my delivery did everything I thought it would, and I wasn't nervous because it wasn't my creation. All of this was made possible by your prompt response to my request and the fact that your materials exist. Thank you, thank you, thank you." Principal - New Jersey

"After eleven years of giving graduation speeches, I feel it's time to do something different. From the descriptions of your speeches, I think I now have found what I have been looking for." Principal - Ohio

"A year ago I purchased your book Graduation Oratory. I found it quite helpful in formulating a graduation speech." Principal - Connecticut

"You have saved my life!" Student - California

"I used one of your speeches last year at graduation ceremonies, and I was extremely pleased with the results. Thank you." Principal - Florida

A Guide for Drafting & Delivering Graduation Speeches.
This book fills a gap in the literature on commencement addresses. Although other collections of graduation speeches give examples of graduation speeches, this book goes further in giving guidance for preparing and delivering these speeches. The author is in the business of selling high school graduation addresses. From his experience he gives clear, simple, organized steps for identifying the audience, selecting a theme, and creating an outline. He goes on to discuss techniques for writing the speech and delivering it. This book is aimed at a level appropriate to high school and college commencement addresses.
Librarian - WA
